This is a rabbit polyclonal antibody against THRB. It was validated on Western Blot by Aviva Systems Biology.
|Immunogen:||The immunogen for anti-THRB antibody: synthetic 67 directed towards the N terminal of human THRB|
|Species reactivity:||Human, Mouse, Rat|
Bovine, Chicken, Dog, Xenopus, Zebrafish
|Reconstitution:||Add 50 µl of distilled water. Final anti-THRB antibody concentration is 1 mg/ml in PBS buffer.|
|Long Term Storage:||-20°C|
|Miscellaneous/General:||ERGIon Channel2 possibly play role in transport between endoplasmic reticulum and Golgi. ERGIon Channel2 is downregulated in prostate cancer. ERGIon Channel2 may play an important role in the growth and tumorigenicity of PC-3 prostate tumor cells. Ectopic expression of a partial sequence of ERGIon Channel2 as a VP22-fusion protein in prostate cancer cell line, PC-3, induced cellular senescence. Interferon-beta (IFN-beta) and a number of IFN-inducible genes were upregulated by the ERGIon Channel2-VP22 fusion protein.|
