This biotinylated antibody is to be used in Western blot detection of green fluorescent protein (GFP) or GFP-containing fusion (chimeric) proteins. It binds with high affinity to wild-type, recombinant or any variants of Aequorea Victoria GFP. This product has been optimized for use with the VECTASTAIN ABC-AmP Kit (Prod. No. VC-AK-6000). The recommended dilution for use is 1:1000 in 1x casein solution (10x Casein Solution, Prod. No. VC-SP-5020). |
