This antibody is raised against synthetic peptide EQLLISEEDL, corresponding to residues 410-419 of the human c-myc oncogene product. The biotinylated antibody is to be used in Western blot detection of c-myc tagged fusion proteins. This product has been optimized for use with the VECTASTAIN ABC-AmP Kit (Prod. No. VC-AK-6000). The recommended dilution for use is 1:1000 in 1x casein solution (10x Casein Solution, Prod. No. VC-SP-5020). |
