This specially prepared antibody is designed to be used on tissues that may contain interfering endogenous immunoglobulins. The mouse adsorbed anti-rat IgG (H+L) products have been thoroughly adsorbed by a solid phase technique to remove antibodies that cross-react with mouse immunoglobulins. This adsorbed antibody allow primary antibodies made in rat to be used on mouse tissues.
This antibody has been optimally biotinylated and can be used with any avidin or streptavidin detection system. |
