They are useful for detecting low concentrations of Fc receptors or anti-immunoglobulin antibody on cells or in tissues. With the appropriate detection system, receptors of IgG binding proteins can be detected or localized by conventional light microscopy or at the fluorescent microscope, SEM, or TEM level. These products can also be used as controls for biotinylated primary antibodies in a variety of applications. |
