The Quick Apoptotic DNA Ladder Detection Kit offers fast and sensitive detection of DNA fragmentation in apoptotic cells. Unlike other similar kits in the market which require 1-2 days to prepare nucleic acids, the new procedure require less than 90 minutes to prepare chromosomal DNA in a single tube, with no need for extraction or a column. DNA ladders can easily be visulized by agarose gel electrophoresis. The new procedure increases recovery of small fragmented DNA, and therefore improves detection sensitivity. |
