If you need larger quantities than listed in this catalog or multiple catalog quantities, please ask for our favourable bulk quotation.
SHIPPING
All orders will be shipped as instructed at time of order; preferably by express service. Unless otherwise instructed, items requiring refrigeration may not be shipped on Thursday or Friday to avoid weekend storage under unsuitable conditions.
Shipping costs and special packaging (shipment on blue ice/dry ice) are prepaid and are added to the invoice.
TERMS
30 days net, ex works Lausen/Switzerland. Shipping, packaging and insurance are to be paid by the customer.

All products are sold for laboratory or manufacturing uses only and are not intended for human drug, food additive, clinical or household use. The chemicals should be handled by professional laboratory staff only. Some of the products are toxic or hazardous compounds. These products are intended for use by qualified professionals only who are familiar with their potential hazards and trained in good laboratory procedures. Information pertaining to the potential hazards of our chemicals is provided on our Material Safety Data Sheets which will be supplied on request. The absence of a warning must not be interpreted as an indication of safety. We must emphasize that information is not available on the possible hazards of many compounds.
WARRANTIES
ALEXIS CORPORATION (the Seller) warrants, to the original Purchaser only, that the products listed on this website conform to the composition and purity described on the Manufacturer’s Product Data Sheet at the time of their shipment. Purchaser’s sole remedy for failure to meet this warranty shall be replacement of the unused portion of the product, or at the Seller’s option, refund of the purchase price provided that Purchaser returns the alleged nonconforming product within 30 days of the receipt of the product. The Seller makes no other warranty, expressed or implied, including any implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or of merchantability. In no case shall the Seller assume any responsibility for the use or handling of the product or any liability for consequential, special, indirect or incidental damages resulting therefrom.
QUALITY
A Product Data Sheet is provided with each product ordered. If you are nevertheless not satisfied with our product, contact us for replacement. Products may not be returned without our approval. Any annulation requires our permission. We cannot be held responsible for improper handling and storage.
JURISDICTION
In the case of any dispute the competent court is CH-4410 Liestal/Switzerland.
